Our Milk Cow herd consists of 3 Milk Cows, 2 Jersey cows and 1 Brown Swiss cow. The Milk Cows graze out on pasture all Spring, & Summer which produces some very delicious milk. Bailey makes a wide assortment of cheese and camel from the milk.
